Hometown

  • This is the home field of the Saginaw Arthur Hill Lumberjack Football Team. The school is located about 100 yards away from my house and has looked the same since I moved to Saginaw 15 years ago. I watched the football games during the fall when I was younger.

  • This is Lathrup Park, located about 50 yards away from my house. I enjoyed many times here with friends playing sports and hanging out. This 120+ yard-long park serves as the centermost point for the Lathrup Park subdivision in Saginaw Twp.

  • After spending four years at Central Michigan University, spending my remaining time at home reminds me of how much things have changed since I left, but also how many things have stayed the same. I am starting to understand how my parents feel when they tell me about how "that was there when I was a kid". Walking around and seeing these places, the same ones that I saw when I first moved, while considering how much my life has changed since then, gives me an odd feeling. I am somewhat nostalgic, but excited to see what I make of my future.
